Returns & Exchanges

If you have questions regarding any items prior to ordering, or are having technical issues placing your order, please call us at 724-264-5526, and we will be happy to assist you! 

Orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.

Return Policy:

Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of shipment of items. All items must be unworn, unwashed, in original wrapping, and still have the original tags on them. Please securely place your returns in the original packaging if possible. Your items need to have the original invoice and any notes (written or via email) as to why it is being returned.

If your return or exchange is approved, please allow 2-3 weeks from the return ship date for processing your return or exchange, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. The refund will be credited to your original method of payment.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. HI Branding Inc is not responsible for merchandise lost in transit back to us. For faster exchanges we recommend that you place a new order for the item before we receive your exchange.

Customized Merchandise:

Customized and personalized merchandise CANNOT be returned. Please make sure the size of the garment, as well as the Personalized Text is spelled correctly before submitting your order. If the customized garments arrive with Personalized Text that does not match the customer’s invoice order, HI Branding Inc will issue an automatic refund to your original payment method and be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Defective Merchandise:

In the event a customer receives the wrong or defective merchandise, a replacement will be issued to the customer at no cost. These item(s) must be returned to our warehouse within 30 days from the original shipment of the item. If an item was sent in our error, or you received a damaged item, please contact our Customer Service Department at 724-264-5526.
